If you wish to receive mail at the park, you will need to take a copy of your lease to the Baytown Post Office.  They do charge a fee for the key.  Mail boxes are located at the front entrance of the park.

There is a dumpster located at the front of the park for tenant's kitchen and bathroom type trash only.  All trash

must be neatly secured in appropriate trash bags.  All other large trash items, furniture, car parts, etc. MUST be brought

to the City of Mont Belvieu dump. Trash is $20 per month.

Cotton Bayou Park has it's own water and sewer plant on-site that is regulated by The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ)  Water & Sewer are included in the cost of your rent.

Utilities:

Tenants are responsible for obtaining and paying for electricity.  Go to www.powertochoose.org to find the best rates from all providers in one place.

     -We do not charge an application fee

     -We will approve or deny your application in 2 to 3 business days of receiving it

Cotton Bayou Park currently has 57 mobile homes.  Homes in our inventory include:

-2 Bedroom, Homes (Prices starting at $895.00+water/sewer per Month for Rent of Mobile Home and Lot...utilities extra)

-3 Bedroom, (Prices starting at $995+water/sewer per Month for Rent of Mobile Home and Lot...utilities extra)

-We also rent mobile home lots (bring or purchase your own mobile home)  Single wide lots are $425 per month, Double wide lots are $525 per month which includes water, sewer and trash.  Plenty of newly developed lots to choose from!

We do allow well-behaved pets at the park.

-No more than two pets per home allowed

-Cats must be kept inside; no out-door cats allowed

-Pets need to be kept in the home or on a leash with the tenant at all times

-Tenants may have a kennel for the pet outside, no dogs over 50 lbs.

-$400.00 pet deposit is required PLUS $25.00 per month per pet "pet rent"

-All pets must be current on vaccinations

-NO Pit Bulls, Stafford Shire Terriers, Rottweilers, Dobermans, Chows, Great Danes.
